My wife has an order of protection on me and now I was questioned by a detective about aligations of things that I supposedly did in the presense of one of her children.I am worried as the detective just asked me if i agreed to the statement that she made over a month ago when she got the emergency order of protection started. I pleaded the 5th and told him she already got what she really wanted was me out of her life and out of her house and for me to not see my daughter that i had enough with all this stuff.I was the only one working and providing for her children for the last 5 years. She gets child support for only 2 of her 4 other children. I am worried about any charges coming of this even though it has been over a month since all this went down supposedly. She waited another month previous to this to report this on her order of protection instead of reporting it immediately. I have been cleared of any wrong doing by DCFS and infact the investigator there agreed with everything I said about her and the situation. We only have one child together and she has 5 total.

i wanna see my daughter She has a 2 year order of protection on me so i cant right now until i start the divorce process. She tried to have me arrested 2 times previously for pushing her but was unsucessful so she went to the extreme of accusing me of a sex crime against one of her children. Supposedly I was masterbating and one of the walked in on me and that was that.

Was it a regular OP or an emergency OP? You're entitled to a hearing on the issue. If it was a regular OP, then hearing date has already passed (either you no-showed or lost). If it was an Emergency OP, then the hearing date is generally 7-10 after the petition is granted. If that's the case, you NEED TO SHOW.
